What ships this month

April was a polish month. Things we shipped:

• Leaderboard. Settled duels now rank on /leaderboard by win rate, stakes won, and current streak. A "Duel of the week" spotlight highlights recent contests.

• Online indicators. When your opponent opens the invite, a pulsing green dot lights up on your dashboard. When they're gone, you see "Seen 3m ago".

• Signing ceremony. The contract now types itself out — a small reminder that you're about to sign something you read, not a modal you dismissed. A 3-2-1 countdown, a seal animation, and fireworks when both parties sign.

• Haptics. On mobile, every tick of the countdown gives a tiny buzz.

• Light theme. Toggle sits top-right. Saved per-device.

• Mobile header. iOS-style three-column layout: menu left, wordmark centered, avatar right. Because that's how every mobile app you actually use is laid out.
